Rice

We live on rice in Asia. Rice cultivation needs much of water and we have rainy season.

In Japan rice cultivation is once a year. In Bali the rice cultivation is twice a year because

of the tropics.A species of rice we cultivate in Asian countries is different from the temperature.

Rice in Japan contains more moisture inside than that of Bali.

If we make Sushi by using rice in Bali, the taste won't be good.

I think Balinese rice agrees with Balinese food of course, especially spicy food.
